Parkland House - Isle of Man
This project involved the careful renovation, alterations, and extension of a period residence in a parkland setting on the Isle of Man. Our goal was to transform this historic property into a stunning family home while preserving its original charm. We ensured all modifications enhanced the property's appearance and were sympathetic to its architectural style, seamlessly blending modern amenities with traditional aesthetics incoporating the property’s position within the parkland setting.

Contemporary Home - Ballasalla, Isle of Man.
This project features a contextual contemporary design utilising the steep topography of a sloping site to create a split-level dwelling. Constructed with natural stone and timber, the home blends seamlessly with its surroundings. Bedrooms benefit from the morning sun, while the living areas enjoy evening light. A combined kitchen, dining, and lounge area opens to a garden with stunning rural views.
New-Build Contemporary Bungalow - Bradda Head, Port Erin, Isle of Man
Completed in July 2021, this new-build bungalow features an attractive design that combines natural stone, slate and modern materials. The private residence offers seamless indoor-outdoor living with expansive terraces and garden areas. The design harmonises with its surroundings, providing a comfortable and contemporary family home.

The stonework detailing breaks up the old and new with an interesting feature and the corner window take in the stunning views over the countryside.

This farmhouse was renovated into a simple, classical family home. The project features a contextual design using traditional materials in a contemporary style, perfectly set in it’s rural environment.
