The scheme, located on the brownfield site of the former Empire Garage site on Peel Promenade introduces seven new, thoughtfully planned homes across the split-site location along Marine Parade and Gib Lane. The design features a blend of modern functionality and traditional aesthetics, with a row of four three-bedroom, three-storey terraced homes, along the Promenade that incorporate upper-level terraces and red sandstone façades to complement Peel’s unique streetscape. Across Gib Lane, facing Stanley Road, an additional three homes adopt a traditional form, integrating seamlessly with the existing urban fabric and enhancing the local conservation area.
